For the 2024-2025 season, Luz Ardiden is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a series of initiatives aimed at improving the skier experience. Among the new features, the resort has introduced a new carpet for beginner skiers, the Tapis Turon, which is wider and faster, with redesigned entrances and exits for easier access. In addition, a new snowshoe trail has been opened, starting at the bottom of the resort (5,970 ft) and reaching the Lats ridge at 6,310 ft, offering breathtaking views of the Bernazaou plateau.

For the first time this year, this trail will be accessible to dogs on a leash, allowing visitors to share this experience with their four-legged friends. The resort has also set up a fast track at the Aulian Express chairlift for holders of the Carte No Souci Pyrénées and Premium or Interstation Season Pass holders, reducing waiting times and optimizing time spent on the slopes. These initiatives reflect Luz Ardiden’s commitment to offering an enriching and environmentally friendly skiing experience, while celebrating half a century of passion for the mountains.

Thanks to its modern facilities, it is one of the youngest resorts suitable for children, families, and young and old alike who want to enjoy all the pleasures of the snow to the full.

The Luz Ardiden resort has reforested the Bambi sector with pine trees (beginner area) to replace the protective nets and preserve the environment.

Skiers have access to three sectors in Luz Ardiden: Aulian, Bédéret, and La Combe de Piet, from 1,680 meters to 2,500 meters above sea level, with 60 kilometers of slopes. Recently, the resort has focused on the well-being of skiers with the creation of a specially designed area for people with reduced mobility, the creation of a new blue run, and the installation of deckchairs on two promontories to enjoy the view and soak up the sun.

Luz Saint Sauveur also has a fitness center: Luzea, a temple of well-being with a stone hammam, a large spa, jacuzzi, ice shower… Everything you need to feel good!
