Valle Nevado is the biggest skiing area in the Southern Hemisphere with a great quality of snow thanks to its positioning and altitude.

Created in 1988 in the form of a project between France and Chile, following the model of the french resort les Arcs, it has now a privileged place at the heart of the Andes.

10 years later, Valle Nevado management is fully chilean with numerous investments in order to offer a skiing area of quality to the customers.

This domain extends from 2 670m to 2 860m of altitude with a skiable area of 900 hectares and 40km of maintained pistes.

The most courageous will be able to try heliskiing, have access to unexplored places and realize incredible descents.

Professionals and mountain guides will make sure things are running smoothly in the resort, and Valle Nevado also owns next-generation security equipment such as Air Bag.

Here you will find gorgeous landscapes at the heart of the Andean valley. Thanks to various hikes, you can try to climb mystic mountains such as El Plomo (5 430m), La Paloma (4 910m), El Pintor (4 000m) or El Bismark (4 650m).
