Cerro Catedral is just 11 miles away from Bariloche, Patagonia’s most visited touristic spot and the Andes’ most populated city. Located in the boundaries of Parque Nacional Nahuel Huapi, near the province of Río Negro.
At 1.030 meters over sea level, Catedral owns its name to its gothic church-looking peaks. 60 slopes for every skill level spread across 600 hectares of total surface that reach 2000 meters height at top.
Ski resort Catedral also offers the chance to practice backcountry skiing, as well as freestyle and snowboarding on its recently installed snow park.
This ski resort hosts some of the most important ski competitions around the world. It also offers an advanced snow making system that covers up to 10 hectares.
