In 1998, the first two-seater chairlift “Puig Falcó”, considered the highest in the Pyrenees, and the four-seater detachable chairlift “Resort Express” were built.
The resort is located in the Pyrenees of Lleida, at the head of the Vall de Mulleres, and extends over most of the surrounding mountains and ridges, especially to the south and east.
“BOÍ TAÜLL RESORT IS THE HIGHEST SKI RESORT IN THE PYRENEES”

The top of the resort offers views of Pallars Jussá and the Pic de l’Orri, in the neighbouring ski resort of Port Ainé. This area borders the peripheral zone of the Aigüestortes and Lake Sant Maurici National Park.
Activities in Boí Taüll ski resort
One of the most affordable activities for the whole family is the guided snowshoeing excursion, going up by chairlift to an altitude of 2,300 metres, to start the excursion from the heights. Once at the top, we will start the descent with snowshoes enjoying spectacular views of the highest mountains of the Pyrenees and the Aigüestortes National Park: Aneto, Maladeta, Posets and Besiberris, among others.
Another of the activities on offer at the Boí Taüll ski resort is that it has excellent facilities for Freeride skiing. It is the ideal place to enjoy off-piste skiing, where excitement, passion, scenery and enjoyment go hand in hand to achieve the sensation of skiing in freedom. The resort also has a SKI BUS with stops in Ginebrell and Moró to return to the resort after the descent.
Here you will find one of the most fully-equiped snowparks in the Pyrenees, where you will discover a million new experiences. The quality of the work carried out and the commitment to opening the Snowpark daily from December have made the Boí Taüll Freestyle facilities one of the most valued by customers and one of the most visited on the Iberian Peninsula. Regardless of your level of skiing or snowboarding, the Boí Taüll ski resort’s snowpark is the ideal place to enjoy long days on the jumps, modules and rails in a progressive way.

The Boí Taüll ski resort collaborates every season with non-profit organisations. Of particular mention is its special involvement with Dianova International, an international non-profit NGO based in Barcelona.
The aim of the organization is to help the most vulnerable groups and to amplify the voice of civil society in international forums in order to improve social policies. Specifically, Dianova fights against poverty and gender inequality and promotes education for children and young people. In the same way, it develops social and humanitarian protection and health care, fights against addictions and promotes alliances on an international level.

Finally, it is worth mentioning the Fallas season. This ancestral tradition, shared by many villages in the Pyrenees, is lived with great intensity and passion in Vall de Boí. The locals light the lighthouse at the top of the mountain, race down to the centre of the village, and then celebrate and dance around the bonfire.
Boí Taüll offers incredible views all year round.
On the other hand, Boí Taüll is designed so that all its slopes converge at the same point, the Pla de Vaques, where the buildings are located. There you will find a medical centre, a ski school with more than 90 professionals ready to help you with your skiing or snowboarding techniques, a bar and cafeteria to rest between each descent, a restaurant to recharge your batteries and a Go-pro camera rental and photography service to immortalise your day in the snow.
