Valle Nevado ski resort
The Valle Nevado ski resort is located 46 km east of Santiago, the capital of Chile. It is located in the Sierra de el Plomo in the Andes Mountains. 10 years after its inauguration, the Valle Nevado ski resort became 100% Chilean managed, making numerous investments in order to be able to offer the customer a quality ski area.
The base of the resort is located at 3,025 metres and has 9,000 skiable hectares, forming, together with El Colorado and La Parva, the region of “the three valleys of the Andes” with 10,700 hectares of skiable terrain and more than one hundred kilometres of slopes between the three resorts.

The ski area of the Valle Nevado ski resort extends from 2,860 metres to 3,670 metres above sea level (810 metres difference in altitude), with a skiable surface area of 900 hectares and 40 km of skiable slopes (19 km of blue slopes, 13 km of red slopes and 8 km of black slopes).
It also has numerous ski lifts, including 1 cable car, 5 chair lifts, 1 T-bar, 7 chair lifts and 1 ski lift carpet, to facilitate the ascent.

Valle Nevado mountain resort in summer
