Squaw Valley, is a Californian resort that became famous internationally, starting with the 1960 Winter Olympics. Near Lake Tahoe, a lake that separates the states of Nevada and California, Squaw Valley is one of the ski resorts that surround this great natural lake that gives us a surprising and unusual landscape.

For three years, voted the best ski resort in North America and the site of the 1960 Winter Olympics, Squaw Valley’s legacy has sustained a vibrant ski culture and mountain energy that extends from the village at the foot of the slopes, to the top of its colossal mountains.

Its maximum altitude is 2760m above sea level and it has 4,000 hectares of land and six peaks above 2,000 meters. A very famous snow destination for its off-piste and the large amounts of snow that accumulates every season.
