St. Anton am Arlberg ski resort
It is a place full of traditions with many historical references, in particular with the immigration of the ski resort’s instructors who left for America in the 30′, helping with the development of this sport on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean. St-Anton has hosted the World Ski Championship in 2001.

This ski resort is part of the group Alberg which represents a skiable domain with 460km of pistes perfectly maintained and prepared, 82 cable cars and chair lifts, including 180km of off-piste through huge valleys.

In Saint-Jacques, the school has developed a community garden with vegetable beds in collaboration with the SoViSta association.
Pupils actively learn about the natural world and how to sow, plant, maintain and harvest crops. They prepare meals together and eat together, enjoying the fruits of their labour while eating freshly harvested potatoes with local butter and cheese.
On annual outdoor courses, they join local hunters to feed the deer during the winter months and learn about native wildlife such as deer, roe deer and chamois. Senn Hut offers classes in forestry and plant and herb identification and helps children to respect and connect with nature.
