Sainte-Croix and its touristic ski resort Les Rasses welcome skiers for a hundred years. The skiable domain is located between 1150m and 1600m of altitude with a lot of soft slopes, perfect for beginners and families.
There are 9 ski lifts including one especially dedicated to beginners. Built in the 50’s, they have been replaced by news ones little by little. Nowadays, the skiable domain is equipped with snow cannons : an installation guaranteeing nice days of skiing even when winter is not that good.
Jura’s Balcony plateau offers an incredible panorama over the Alps, the Mount White, beyond the sea of fog and Neuchâtel’s Lake. It is in Sainte-Croix where the bindings “kandahar” have been designed and created.
