Located in the heart of the spanish Pyrenees, Baqueira Beret has announced the launch of its 2024-2025 season under the best of auspices. Thanks to an episode of heavy snowfall that began on Saturday evening and continued until Monday, the resort has accumulated up to 95 cm of fresh snow, providing perfect cover for its first pistes to open.
This abundance of natural snow was reinforced by the production of artificial snow, made possible by the particularly low temperatures. With minimum temperatures reaching -11°C at Cap de Baqueira (2500 m), the technical teams have optimised conditions in the resort’s strategic zones.
For the start of the season, 34 pistes, representing 38 kilometres of skiing, will be open from Thursday 12 December. Winter adventure fans will be able to take advantage of these idyllic conditions to make their first turns of the season.
Baqueira Beret, extended services for a comfortable experience

- Shops and equipment: The Baqueira Store, located in Baqueira 1500, the Ruda shopping centre, Hotel Montarto and Bosque 1800, will be offering equipment hire, sales and maintenance to meet all skiers’ needs.
Gradual extension to Bonaigua and Beret
While the opening is currently limited to the Baqueira sector, the “snow craftsmen ’ are working hard to prepare the slopes and extend the ski area to Bonaigua and Beret from the weekend of 14 and 15 December. This expansion will depend on the weather conditions and the progress of the piste preparation work.

The resort is making available its BaqueiraPASS, an intelligent ski pass system that simplifies the planning of your ski days. With this card, you can top up your day or season passes online via the website or mobile application.
