Experiences to live in addition to skiing
If you like a busy vacation, the Pays des Écrins has a multitude of activities for you to do in addition to skiing. Adrenaline seekers will be able to try an unusual activity: ice climbing. With the help of a guide, you will learn to climb with ice axes and crampons on the ice. For the more down-to-earth, there are many outdoor activities available: electric scooters on snow, horse-drawn carriage rides, snowshoeing, fat biking on snow, tobogganing or Nordic walking. And maybe you will have the chance to contemplate the beauty of the wildlife of this territory…
When night falls, how about trying out electric mountain biking on snow? The torchlight descent is of course one of the main activities every Wednesday evening during the school vacations. Don’t forget to visit the Pelvoo Igloo’s sculpted ice village made up of works by local artists.
