It is the philosophy of the Altiservice group, which announces the new start of the management of the Cambre d’Aze ski resort. The new majority shareholder of the Altiservice group, BTP Impact Local, is dedicated to responsible investment together with ENGIE. The group has just announced a new collaboration with the Cambre d’Aze ski resort for the management and operation of its ski area.
New shareholders in the Altiservice group
The Altiservice group currently manages the French Pyrenees ski resorts: Saint-Lary (Hautes-Pyrénées) and Font-Romeu (Eastern Pyrenees).
Since July 2019, Altiservice has taken a turn in its history. The majority arrival of BTP Impact Local to Altiservice’s capital boosted the group and gave it new development perspectives. BTP Impact Local is a fund managed by the Mirova General Infrastructure team, a subsidiary of Natixis Investment Managers (Groupe BPCE – Banques Populaires Caisses d’Epargne) dedicated to responsible investment, along with ENGIE. BTP Impact Local aims to support SMEs (small and medium enterprises) and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the long term.
The management of Cambre d’Aze will be in charge of Altiservice
The Cambre d’Aze complex is located in the Eastern Pyrenees, in the heart of the Regional Park of the French Catalan Pyrenees. Espace Cambre d’Aze is located in two villages: Eyne and Saint-Pierre Dels Forcats, and consists of 23 ski tracks. Located in the middle of the mountains, it stands out as the closest ski resort to the city of Perpignan. A small complex that welcomes many beginners and families, due to its offer of services adapted to families and children (2 snow gardens, 2 areas for beginners, 2 areas for slides).
The Altiservice group won the tender to manage the ski resort of Cambre d’Aze, which unites Saint-Pierre-dels-Forcats and Eyne, in the management and monitoring of the operation of its ski resort the Toulouse company will collaborate during a period of 1 year with SIECA, the Inter-Union Trade Union of Cambre d’Aze.

A complete accompaniment at the station
«It is a global benefit. The outgoing director, SIECA, wanted to establish an experienced management team and chose Altiservice, both for its technical and human resources experience. It will be Jacques Alvarez, current deputy director of Font Romeu who will take the direction of the station. The group’s desire is to support stations such as Cambre d’Aze, and help them in their operational development, grouping support services and accompanying them in their development,” says Anne Marty, Deputy General Director of the Altiservice Group.
The collaboration between Cambre d’Aze and Altiservice Group came into effect on October 1 and consists of a series of services focused on four main actions:
- The address of the ski resort Cambre d’Aze.
- A strategy and deployment of commercial actions, marketing and communication in relation to the union council to give the station optimal visibility and improve the sales of the station.
- Assistance in the management of production tools (snow, ski lifts, snowblowers, ticket sales, rolling stock, etc.).
- Support in the areas of IT, ticketing, technical resources, Human resources …
Maintain the activity of the Cambre d’Aze station and continue moving forward.

The ski resort of Cambre d’Aze will be open from December 6 to December 8, 2019, from December 14 to 15, 2019 and from December 21 to March 22, 2020.
