Killing Resort is a North American ski station located in Vermont, United States. It is part of the Green Mountain, a range which goes up to Quebec from the Massachusetts. Famous to be one of the largest resorts of the region, the domain features 155 slopes and is nicknamed ‘The Beast of the East’. Its six peaks comprise numerous Bowls and slopes through the forest. Ski on the Sunrise Mountain, the Bear Mountain, the Skye Peak, the Snowdon mountain and the gihest of all, Killington Peak, 1 291 meter-high. The slopes are diverse and spreads all over these mountains covered with forest and snow in winter. In 2015 it is the first resort to open with a very early winter season. It is also ideal for families and Freestyle addicts with its 6 Terrain Parks. A nursery is provided and takes great care of your children. The 22 lifts of the station give skiers a unique experience in a boundless domain. Did you know that a tunnel adapted for skiers even links the two far ends of the station? Between its 6 Terrain Parks, “the people often cite the “Stats”, a park entirely natural. If the features of Killington provide endless opportunities, the resort has one of the longest ski season, it starts in mid-October and end in May. A 7-month-long season!
